“Great Payment Solution via Bambora”
It provides an excellent payment solution. It’s easy to use, with many payment options that suit our needs perfectly. Though it’s a bit pricey, the security and reliability make it worth it.
Pros : It offers a wide range of payment options and has a user-friendly interface. It’s reliable and secure, making payment processing simple and stress-free.
Cons : The cost is a bit high compared to some competitors.

“Convenient and Efficient in Getting My Employees' Reimbursements Paid”
Worldline has made handling employee reimbursements a breeze. The process is quick, and I can trust its accuracy. With the integration through Concur and Bambora, our expense reports are processed smoothly. The occasional sync issue is minor compared to the overall efficiency it brings.
Pros : I love how fast and automatic Worldline is. It’s super accurate too. We use Concur, which partners with Bambora, to handle all of our expense report reimbursements for our US employees. It’s a real time-saver.
Cons : Sometimes there’s a break in the sync between Bambora and our ERP, but it’s not a dealbreaker.
Switched from : Paypal
Reason to switch : PayPal was good, but we needed a faster and more integrated solution for employee reimbursements.

“Invalid API Authentication Parameters”
Worldline usually performs well, but the API authentication issues can be a real hassle. Getting locked out frequently hampers productivity and creates unnecessary stress.
Pros : When it works, it works really well.
Cons : I often get blocked from sending vendor payments due to invalid API authentication parameters. It’s frustrating because I know my credentials are correct, and it sometimes locks me out for over an hour.
Reason to switch : We hoped for a smoother experience with Worldline, but the API issues have been disappointing.

“Poor Support”
Worldline’s recurring payment API via Bambora has potential, but the support experience has been disappointing. Waiting over two weeks for a solution is unacceptable and hampers our operations.
Pros : I was trying to use Bambora's recurring payment API, and when it worked, it was great.
Cons : The support is really poor. I contacted them 15 days ago and still haven’t received a solution.
Reason to switch : We were looking for a better API solution, but the lack of timely support is a big issue.
