“Good Tool for more number of users”

Pros : They have a good number of automation with unlimited users also, they do not have any hidden charges which is quite rare compared to other CRM in the market.

Cons : There is a record limit only get 100GB of storage but, add on is there so it works if required.

Reason to switch : Kylas has helped us streamlining our enrolment process and helping in managing students.

Pros : They provide free trial period and very helpful tool for business owners who are looking for ways to scale and automate their business also Enables you to have a complete omnichannel experience.

Cons : Nothing

Reason to switch : The customer support was surprisingly good. I had a few minor hiccups with the product, and they were able to help me solve them quickly and easily.

“Easy to monitor employes activity.”

Pros : Ease of use in terms of the UI and loading time. Also we can mange our employes activity and their leads' workflow.

Cons : Just started using it so everything looks good for now
