“Customizable software”
Pros : Distinctive strategies, will catch the leads naturally, channel the need according to the classes, outsider combination for better administration, will enable you to out to do report customizations.
Cons : The API is minimal surrey that expands its reaction time

“Perfect for Managing on the Go”
Even when I am not at my desk, I can track leads and update my team thanks to the Cratio CRM mobile app. It took me a little while to get used to some of the more sophisticated features, but after I did, everything went well.
Pros : The app is great and functions well on my phone. I can update my team on the go which is great.
Cons : Getting used to certain features may take some time. Especially on the advanced stuff, it may take some trial and error.
Switched from : Microsoft Dynamics Crm
Reason to switch : Dynamic 365 was good but Cratio CRM offered a simpler and mobile friendly.

“Budget Friendly and Gets the Job Done”
Cratio CRM is reasonably priced without sacrificing necessary functionality. Although I wish the user interface (UI) looked a little more contemporary, it functions well for managing leads and automating activities.
Pros : It is affordable and will not make me completely broke. This is huge for smaller businesses like mine.
Cons : Even though it is functional, the UI feels outdated and the design is not exactly the sleekest thing.
Switched from : Pipedrive CRM
Reason to switch : I moved from Pipedrive since the pricing was adding up quickly.

“Great Insights but Email Campaigns Could Improve”
I can quickly see my strengths and areas for improvement. I appreciate how nicely the email campaign elements work with other programs I use, even though they feel a little simple.
Pros : I like how I can generate detailed reports that give me insights into what is working and what is not.
Cons : The email campaign features feel basic, but at least it integrates well.

Reason to switch : Bitrix24 felt too complex and had too many features I do not need.

“Great for Managing Leads but Needs Offline Mode”
I can manage and keep track of everything, so I never lose a potential client. The only drawback is that I am stuck if I do not have internet connectivity because it does not function offline.
Pros : It has helped me improve my lead management. It helps me track and organize leads. Therefore, there is no potential customer slips.
Cons : There is no offline mode. If I do not have access to the internet, I cannot get much done.

Reason to switch : Cratio CRM offered a more straightforward way to manage lead management.

“Time Saving Automation but Reporting Could Be Better”
Cratio CRM’s automation tools are great. My workflow runs well and I have saved a ton of time by setting up reminders and follow-ups. To better suit my unique requirements, I would prefer if the reporting tools were more adaptable.
Pros : It makes setting up automated follow-ups and reminders easier. The automation features have saved me a lot of time.
Cons : There is limited customization for reports. I wish I could change and alter reports to suit my needs.
Switched from : HubSpot
Reason to switch : I moved from HubSpot since it felt too expensive for my small business.

“Seamless Integration but Mobile App Could Be Smoother”
Cratio CRM is convenient for my everyday workflow since it integrates flawlessly with apps like WhatsApp and email. However, it can be a little annoying when I am attempting to update a lot of data quickly.

“Simple, Effective and Worth the Switch”
Among the CRMs I have used in the past, Cratio CRM is particularly user-friendly. However, it took a little while to set everything up at first, but once it was complete, handling leads and automating activities was simple.
Pros : I felt like the interface was one of the easiest to use amongst the CRM’s I have tried in the past.
Cons : The initial setup took me some time to set everything up. It is not complicated but time-consuming.
Switched from : Zoho Corporation
Reason to switch : I switched from Zoho since I wanted a tool that was easier to use.

“Customizable and Just What I Needed”
My company has benefited from Cratio CRM's high degree of customization. I was able to modify it to fit my workflow, which simplified things. The value I received even with the basic plan made it worthwhile, even though several of the features I desired were only available with higher-tier plans.
Pros : I like how I can customize and change it to match my workflow. It feels like it was built for me.
Cons : The basic plan felt restrictive with some features I wanted were locked behind a pay wall.
Switched from : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Partners
Reason to switch : Cratio CRM was simpler and a more affordable solution than Salesforce.
