“Easy to setup & Go live.”

We started using Flowcart 6 months back. The product was installed and ready to go within 5 mins. The Customer success team was extremely helpful in setting up all the AI flows. These flows made all our broadcasts, & CTWA perform way better when we had the other whatsapp solution. And plus, their pop up discount was extra effective in expanding our WhatsApp audiences bringing in more conversions.

“Effortless to use”

“Review about using flowcart”

We wanted a better way to reach past customers again, because email was already doing as much as it could for us. We tried Flowcart and the WhatsApp opt-ins were easier to collect than we expected. The Shopify sync was smooth, and it pulled our products and set up the catalog without us doing much. After that, we started sending broadcasts to existing customers and saw a clear lift in repeat purchases. Overall, it’s been a good experience so far.

“Highly recommended”

We always felt our WhatsApp was under utilised. We were looking for tools that could use AI to use WhatsApp at its best. We finally gave Flowcart a shot. Just in the first few weeks, we almost doubled our cart recovery rates. Post order updates were seamless and they go with certain relevant bundling of products which sometimes convert as well which is extra revenue. We are now trying out their discount popups. Their support team is very knowledgeable and they come up with ideas themselves so proactively.
