“Seamless to use”

Flowcart has made WhatsApp feel like a seamless extension of our store rather than just a separate inbox. The Shopify integration is reliable, allowing us to view customer details and orders directly within chats. Setting up broadcasts to customer segments is straightforward, and we’ve successfully used it for product launches and restock updates. The team has been highly responsive and consistently follows up to ensure everything is running smoothly.

“Easy to setup & Go live.”

We started using Flowcart 6 months back. The product was installed and ready to go within 5 mins. The Customer success team was extremely helpful in setting up all the AI flows. These flows made all our broadcasts, & CTWA perform way better when we had the other whatsapp solution. And plus, their pop up discount was extra effective in expanding our WhatsApp audiences bringing in more conversions.

Pros : Very knowledgeable and prompt team.

Cons : not found any cons till now.

Reason to switch : Interakt. Deliverability issues. Not easy to create the flows. Very few AI native features.

“Effortless to use”

Flowcart has been working really well for our store so far. The setup was quick, and we were able to sync our Shopify customer segments and start messaging them on WhatsApp without any confusion. The automated replies handle most common customer questions, which has significantly reduced the time our team spends on repetitive chats. When a conversation needs a human touch, it’s seamlessly handed over, making the whole process smooth and efficient.

“Review about using flowcart”

We wanted a better way to reach past customers again, because email was already doing as much as it could for us. We tried Flowcart and the WhatsApp opt-ins were easier to collect than we expected. The Shopify sync was smooth, and it pulled our products and set up the catalog without us doing much. After that, we started sending broadcasts to existing customers and saw a clear lift in repeat purchases. Overall, it’s been a good experience so far.

“Highly recommended”

We always felt our WhatsApp was under utilised. We were looking for tools that could use AI to use WhatsApp at its best. We finally gave Flowcart a shot. Just in the first few weeks, we almost doubled our cart recovery rates. Post order updates were seamless and they go with certain relevant bundling of products which sometimes convert as well which is extra revenue. We are now trying out their discount popups. Their support team is very knowledgeable and they come up with ideas themselves so proactively.

Pros : Amazing features, AI works well

Cons : Not that easy to use but their team is super helpful in upskilling
