“Zero After-Sales Support - Avoid at All Costs”
I purchased the Wapikon WhatsApp API service and the experience has been terrible. After taking my payment, their support completely vanished. They ignore calls from existing customers. When I called from a new number, they answered immediately, but once they realized it was me, they made empty promises and excuses before disappearing again.
Do not waste your money here. Their service is a scam after the sale is complete. I highly recommend choosing a reliable provider like WATI or AiSensy instead, where you will actually get the support you pay for.
