“Exceptional onboarding support — Wapikon handled everything from business verification to API setup.”

I was worried about the WhatsApp API onboarding process, but the Wapikon team literally managed everything for us. “Zero After-Sales Support - Avoid at All Costs”

I purchased the Wapikon WhatsApp API service and the experience has been terrible. After taking my payment, their support completely vanished. They ignore calls from existing customers. When I called from a new number, they answered immediately, but once they realized it was me, they made empty promises and excuses before disappearing again. Do not waste your money here. Their service is a scam after the sale is complete. I highly recommend choosing a reliable provider like WATI or AiSensy instead, where you will actually get the support you pay for.

Pros : Potentially Lower Cost: They might offer competitive, lower-than-market pricing to attract customers initially. Pre-Sales Responsiveness: As you experienced, they are likely very responsive and helpful during the sales process to close the deal. Basic Feature Set: They likely provides the core functionalities of a WhatsApp API (broadcasts, automated replies, etc.) on a surface level.

Cons : Zero After-Sales Support: This is the most critical failure. As you experienced, they become unreachable after payment, ignoring calls and emails from existing customers. Dishonest and Unethical Practices: The tactic of answering calls from new numbers while ignoring existing customers is deeply unprofessional and suggests a scam-like operation. No Reliability or Accountability: With no support, there is no one to help you during critical issues
