“Makes my cosmetic shop billing and stock stress-free.”

As a cosmetic shop owner, I deal with so many products — lipsticks, skincare, hair care — and keeping track of everything was always tiring. Sometimes I reordered items that were already in stock, or missed payments to suppliers. One of my customers told me about Go GST Bill, and since then, I’ve been using it for over a year. Now, I can easily generate GST bills, update stock instantly when I buy or sell, and manage vendor payments without any hassle. It’s made my daily work much lighter.

Pros : Quick billing, stock auto-updates, vendor payments are clear. So far, very satisfied — the support team is also polite and helpful.

“Using Odoo for my business has been very beneficial for me.”

Pros : In the past I tried using different ERP software solutions, but I wasn't very happy with any of them. Luckily, I found Odoo. I really like the fact that this solution can be customized so easily. The company I work for was looking for a custom made solution that would fit our needs, and Odoo is definitely the best choice out there.

Cons : The initial implementation was bit difficult and there were a lot of bugs, but in the end it turned out really well, and we're happy with the end product.

Pros : It has many modules like sale and purchase, inventory management, manufacturing, purchasing, accounting, inventory management, project management, customer management, etc.

Cons : There are some areas of customization that are not made for newbies. So if you're just getting into the field of programming, some areas may seem more technical than others.

“Brilliant ERP system I ever used.”

Pros : Now I can easily keep track of my inventories and materials, as well as manage my finances to keep my business running smoothly.

Cons : I generally only use Odoo on the Web and Windows, never on Android because I tend to experience instabilities and crashes.

Reason to switch : Odoo ERP is able to handle all my accounting, sales, production and inventory management needs.

Pros : I can easily keep track of my inventories and materials, as well as manage my finances to keep my business running smoothly.

Cons : Their customer care could be more consistent. We don't understand why it's so expensive.

“odoo erp system is fully open source”

Pros : I have been using Odoo for more than 4 years, and I could say that it is one of the best open source software for small businesses. With a little technical background, you can start using it for accounting, manufacturing and distribution tasks.

Cons : There aren’t any good resources online that explain the different kinds of uses it has in a language like JavaScript, nor do people seem to know how powerful this app has proven itself to be over time.

“Odoo is very customizable, as it's open-source software”

Pros : Odoo software can download and run it on your own servers, so all of your information will be encrypted. the possibilities are endless! You'll never need to hire an expensive in-house IT department when you use Odoo; they have everything you need already integrated!

Cons : Not really

Reason to switch : There are a variety of apps available that integrate with Odoo so you can use it to manage your CRM, eCommerce, accounting, PoS and project management needs

Pros : Analysis reports and graphics provide an easy way to understand your data. You can make it user-friendly by providing a customisable, user-friendly interface. It is fast working and light.

Cons : Odoo should provide more data and make it easier for users to access this data.
