Zoho Corporation, a tech-based organization said on Tuesday that it has recently devised a customized capex procurement-ERP solution called Zoho Creator to BigBasket.
This cloud-based ERP solution assisted BigBasket in increasing their operational efficiency, while streamlining all their processes, and cutting down significant costs to save about ₹3 Crs. in just six months.
The company stated, “With this solution, BigBasket has reduced the time taken to complete tasks by 50 percent. It aims to utilize app development platform Zoho Creator’s AI capabilities for the larger digital transformation and to replicate the solution for its operational expenditure model soon”.
BigBasket stated that it processes about five lakh orders every day.
Capex procurement ERP along with the help of Zoho Creator has removed the need for inbuilt business systems, and manual intervention while enabling better automation.
