New Delhi: Freshworks Inc. has recently entered into a multi-year SAC (Strategic Collaboration Agreement) along with AWS (Amazon Web Services) to enhance and extend the capabilities of Freshworks on the AWS platform.
Freshworks’ complete solutions package will be accessible as SaaS services/offerings in the AWS Marketplace at the beginning of early 2024. It will help provide customers with convenient access to a wide range of software options tailored to their specific needs.
The collaboration aims to streamline the acquisition and deployment of Freshworks’ solutions on AWS, including specialized, AI-based business applications designed to meet industry-specific requirements. Leveraging the strengths of both AWS and Freshworks will help businesses to be empowered to deliver enhanced employee as well as customer experiences with greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Currently, more than 500+ shared customers actively use Freshworks products in conjunction with AWS offerings such as AWS Lambda, Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon EventBridge, Amazon Connect, etc.
Freshworks has also achieved recognition for its expertise, including attaining ‘Competency’ status in the areas of AWS Retail, SMB software, and AWS- Cloud Operations. Additionally, Freshworks is an active member of APN (AWS Partner Network) and AWS Public Sector Partner. Apart from that, it also offers solutions and services in the AWS Marketplace.
