“The Most Useful and Easiest ATS I Have Ever Used”
I have been using the free version of PyjamaHR until now, but I am planning to upgrade to their paid version soon. Before discovering PyjamaHR, I used Google Forms to collect resumes and posted jobs in hundreds of WhatsApp groups, but those methods were not effective. I have been using PyjamaHR for several months now, and out of the 3-4 ATS platforms I've tried, I can confidently say it's the best. Here's why I find it useful: It provides the option to include screening questions in various formats such as text, numbers, yes or no, and multiple-choice questions. This feature makes it easier to assess candidates before reviewing their resumes. Many candidates apply for jobs without reading the job description, but screening questions help us gauge their relevant experience and interest. Jobs posted on PyjamaHR appear on our LinkedIn company page's job section within 3-4 hours. PyjamaHR automatically posts jobs on multiple job boards, thereby increasing our company's visibility on the web. We can create customized boards similar to Trello within PyjamaHR's ATS for each job, which helps us track the status and follow up with candidates. Unlike Google Forms, which required candidates to log in using their Google accounts to fill out the form, PyjamaHR's job application form doesn't require candidates to log in. This feature significantly reduces candidate dropouts during the application process. Previously, posting jobs in hundreds of WhatsApp groups consumed a lot of time and battery. With PyjamaHR, I no longer need to do this as I receive relevant profiles by simply posting on the platform, which automatically distributes the job to multiple job boards. We can integrate our email with the ATS to send follow-up emails to candidates regarding their application status, rejection notices, offer letters, and more. Overall, PyjamaHR has greatly streamlined our recruitment process and improved our efficiency in finding and hiring the right candidates. I have only utilized these features thus far, although there are many other useful features available. And perhaps best of all, PyjamaHR offers all these benefits at an unbeatable price point, making it a cost-effective solution for our HR needs. While PyjamaHR has been a game-changer for us, there are a couple of areas where we hope to see improvements. We've encountered some limitations in customization options, which has made it challenging to tailor the platform to our specific requirements. Additionally, while the reporting and analytics features are functional, they could benefit from further enhancements to provide deeper insights into our HR data.

This integration not only saved us time and resources but also ensured that we could continue operating efficiently without any hiccups. Additionally, the platform's user-friendly interface and top-notch customer support further solidified its impressive performance in our eyes.
Cons : The aspects of PyjamaHR that could benefit from improvement are its customization options and reporting/analytics features. While the platform offers a comprehensive solution for HR management, some users, including myself, have found the customization options to be somewhat limited. Being able to tailor the platform to better suit our specific needs would enhance its utility and effectiveness within our organization.

“User friendly ATS- PyjamaHR”
Pros : It simplifies HR tasks, saving time and resources for HR professionals. It is very user-friendly and very easy to use. It prioritizes security, ensuring that sensitive employee information is protected with robust encryption. The feature of putting the candidates in different sections is amazing - shortlisted, contacted, interviewed, rejected.
Cons : More job boards should be there and need some AI functionality. It lacks a few features that would make it more interactive, and needs a call/message option to interact with the candidates directly.

“User friendly ATS- PyjamaHR”
First of all, this is a free tool and it reduces cost and time to hire because of its AI-powered application tracking system which helps companies like us to select selected candidates. I would highly recommend it to such companies who wish to use any ATS.
Pros : PyjamaHR is a completely free, AI-powered applicant tracking system that caters to all functions of hiring from candidate sourcing to candidate selection and hiring.
Cons : PyjamaHR should build more predefined job description templates so that they can be readily used by recruiters.

“Easy to use product.”
The experience with pyjama was smooth because of their clean and simple UI. I think the only improvement they need is in the login section. Sometimes I had to tap thrice to send my geo location. This can be improved with time.

Pros : PyjamaHR is a completely free, AI powered applicant tracking system which caters to all functions of hiring from candidate sourcing to candidate selection and hiring.
Cons : The product features are getting added very frequently.
Reason to switch : The integration with Linkedin has helped me post jobs directly into the company page. I am able to download directly into ATS and screen the company profiles. The Gmail integration has also helped me to work seamlessly with my official Gmail account.
