Razorpay is an easy-to-use and versatile payment processor for all types of online stores and apps.

Pros : Payment processing with Razorpay is a breeze. It supports many payment options like credit cards, wallets, UPI, and net banking, making it very versatile.

Cons : I haven't found any reasons to dislike it.

Sometimes there are transaction delays, and the OTP for logging in can be unreliable.

Pros : Razorpay supports multiple languages and is easy to integrate with websites and apps. The payment interface is attractive and user-friendly. It supports various payment methods and has a high success rate. The invoice updates are detailed, and tracking failed transactions is easy. Customer support is helpful too.

Cons : Sometimes there are transaction delays, and the OTP for logging in can be unreliable.

Razorpay is a reliable payment solution with multiple features, easy setup, and competitive pricing.

Pros : Razorpay offers a wide range of services that make collecting payments super easy. Whether it's a payment gateway on Shopify, QR codes, or dedicated payment links, Razorpay has got it all. Setting up was smooth, with excellent guidance from their team. The integration with Shopify is seamless, the dashboard is user-friendly, and the fees are competitive. RazorPay Magic Checkout has great features to reduce RTOs, and their payroll software is fantastic for small businesses.

Cons : The support quality could use some improvement. Sometimes, downloading analytics reports takes forever, which can be frustrating.

Pros : Razorpay is the best payment gateway with an easy-to-understand dashboard, all reports available, best rates, and support for all major Indian banks and payment methods. Our relationship manager provides excellent support, and integration with apps and API is very easy.

Cons : Document verification takes a long time, competitors offer 0% commission on UPI payments, and the payment cycle could be shorter.

Reason to switch : Razorpay offered better rates and support, and the integration process was smoother.

Everyone receives assistance with their payment gateway from top registered businesses to individuals through razorpay. They don't charge for upkeep, and the best part is that they also take payments from abroad.

“Robust & Powerful Payment Gateway System”

Razorpay is a robust payment gateway with excellent support and easy integration.

Pros : We've been using Razorpay for online payment collections for 4 years, and it's been great. Creating payment links and attaching them to invoices is easy. The integration with our website for product purchases is simple, and the customer support is excellent.

Cons : There's nothing significant to dislike, but telephonic support used to be slow, which has now improved.
