Pros : OnTime 360 handles a large number of daily deliveries without performance issues.
Cons : The interface feels dated compared to newer platforms.

“Powerful Dispatch Software but Takes Time to Learn”
Once fully set up, OnTime 360 helped streamline our entire courier operation. Dispatching, tracking, and invoicing became much more organized, but the learning curve was real.
Pros : OnTime 360 has very strong dispatch and courier management features. I can manage orders, drivers, customers, and billing all in one system.
Cons : When I first started using it, the system felt overwhelming due to the number of features and settings.
Switched from : Tookan
Reason to switch : Tookan was easier to start with, but OnTime 360 offered deeper courier-specific features needed for our growing business.
