7. Asia-Pacific Interdisciplinary Research in Accounting Conferences

APIRA is an accounting research conference which is held every three years in the Asia-Pacific Region. This event is held in association with the Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal (AAAJ).

APIRA is the main conference, and it is preceded by Emerging Scholars’ Colloquium (ESC). Emerging scholars interested in the field of social, political, and organizational aspects of accounting theory & practice are the target audience of ESC.
