How do I keep a grid in workspace A up to date with the latest revision of items in workspace B in Autodesk PLM 360?

To open the Workspace Grid Layout page:

  • Go to the Control menu, select the Workspace Manager.
  • Through the Workspace Manager, expand the Workspace panel.
  • Select the Grid tab.
  • To add the panel fields: Follow the exact instructions to add fields to the item detail form in the Designing an Item Detail Form section. The instructions can also help you in editing, cloning, and destroying Grid fields.
  • To set the grid field: Click on the fields below the Unselected Fields and drag it to the Field Grid.
  • Then click on the Save Page button.
