To do this you have to:

The difference between them is that in v8, the RHCSA level tasks using RHEL 8 and ansible 2.8 whereas in v9, RHEL 9 is used to task RHCSA level along with ansible-core 2.12+.

However, spotter determines the target version of Ansible and is responsible for retrieving the source version from the system, to help you to be certain about which version the upgrade happened and to which one and manage all fixes according to that.
