How to handle AWX/Controller Project-Templates that require files or templates?

To do this you have to:

• Open the dnf.conf file.
• Add the exclude directive in the [main] section.
• Save the changes.

The difference between them is that in v8, the RHCSA level tasks using RHEL 8 and ansible 2.8 whereas in v9, RHEL 9 is used to task RHCSA level along with ansible-core 2.12+.
