To make good pixel art in Photoshop follow the steps given below:
- Create a new canvas.
- Change the default measurement from inches to pixels. And set the dimensions to 64 x 64. Click Create.
- Your canvas would be the size of a small square.
- Open the coloring palette and choose a color of your choice.
- Fill the entire block with that color.
- Choose the pencil tool and set the pixel size to 1px.
- Import the image that you want to recreate and decrease its opacity to 30%.
- Make a new layer and start tracing the image.
- Once you are done tracing, hide the background layer and there you go a pixelated art.
