To draw ripped paper in Procreate follow the steps given below:
- Insert an image that would act as the background of the ripped paper.
- Open the Brush’s Library and select Grain.
- Go to Edit and import from source library, select Fine Thread.
- Invert its color and click Save.
- Go to color’s palette and choose off-white color.
- Make a crooked diagonal line starting from the bottom left corner.
- Make a new layer. Choose light blue shade and fill that line and the upper portion of the division.
- Make a new layer and select the clipping mask.
- Decrease the opacity and change the blending mode to Color Burn.
- To give the layer a crushed look, tune down the blue shade > choose Grunge > Highlight the canvas. And then apply Gaussian Blur over it.
- Unhide the background image.
