- Make sure you know a lot about the organs you wish to depict. Look at other artists' inspiration boards on Pinterest
- Practice tracing and then proceed directly to drawing without consulting any references
- Label every layer. That makes it easier to monitor each layer
- If you are sketching a heart, for instance, draw the heart's structure on Layer 1, the aorta on Layer 2, the veins and arteries on Layers 3 and 4, and so forth
- To add a more human touch to the artwork, try using your fingers more often than a stylus
- Practice sketching arteries and muscles.
