In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our product information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date across all channels. You'll work closely with various teams, including product development, marketing, and merchandising, to maintain a seamless and user-friendly product catalog experience for our customers.

Responsibility

• Product Listing Creation:
  • Research and compile accurate product information, including descriptions, specifications, features, and benefits.
  • Create compelling and informative product listings that optimize search engine visibility and customer engagement.
  • Ensure product listings adhere to internal style guides and branding guidelines.
• Catalog Management:
  • Organize and categorize products into a logical and user-friendly structure.
  • Maintain and update product information timely from data across various platforms, including websites, mobile apps etc..
  • Monitor for and correct any data inconsistencies or errors.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Perform thorough quality checks on all product listings and catalog data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Report any errors or inconsistencies to the appropriate team members.
• Additional Tasks:
  • Assist with product photography and image editing.
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product information management.

Requirement

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and product information management systems (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
