Pros:

When I filled out the questionnaire, I was asked to provide a contact number and a time I would prefer to get a call. I would have liked a few minutes to review my answers even after submitting the information before I got a call from the consultant as I wasn't expecting one immediately.

Pros:

Able to manage work up to certain extent. Good structure in the software. Server is also having good response time. Calendar feature is good. Noticeboard feature is also good. Dashboard view is simple and effective. Sticky notes and to-do feature are good.

Cons:

It takes a bit of time to add a task. Also, there should be an option to completely disable a user when he leaves and add another person rather than transferring from one person to another. Also, it should be easy to add checklists. There should be an option to communicate between members easily and view what work is pending. The reporting module can be simplified further.
