You can make a component instance in Figma:

• Open the Assets panel.
• From the left sidebar select Assets tab.
• Find the component of your choice.
• Click and drag the component onto your canvas.

To create a group node select all the node you want to include and then Ctrl + G. OR After selecting the required nodes click Group and then ‘Make a group’.
