MyOPD comes with an inbuilt feature where doctors can remind a patient over SMS when he/she will be next in line. To activate this process, doctors can follow these steps: Settings > Application Settings > SMS options > Next in Queue reminder.
How can You Collect Payments from MyOPD?
MyOPD provides its users with innovative ways of collecting payments from their patients. Patients can simply scan a QR code for UPI payment to pay doctor fees directly to their bank account. The software supports all UPI-enabled payment apps like Google Pay, BHIM UPI, PhonePe and Bank-enabled UPI applications. In case a patient has any outstanding payment, he/she can refer to old prescriptions for paying the doctors’ fees.
