To set up a static site on Netlify:

• Install and use the Netlify CLI (npm install -g netlify-cli) to test builds locally, run functions, or deploy from your terminal.
• Netlify automatically uses a global CDN for fast delivery. For better performance, use _headers and _redirects files as needed

To deploy a Next.js app on Netlify you should:

• Fill up the Next.js site code in a Git Repo.
• Make a new Netlify site from Next.js Site Repo.
• Create a new Netlify using either CLI or UI.
• Go to the Netlify plugin and add Next.
