To set up AlignBooks, follow the steps given below:
- Sign up to AlignBooks or sign in to your AlignBooks account
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on the Company Setup option
- Input the required information
- Press on the Save button and exit the company setup menu
- Click on the General Setup tab
- Turn on the Sales or Purchase Setup from Configuration
- In the customer or vendor master, enter the salespeople and agents
- In the sales setup, turn on the ‘agent wise billing’ option and the ‘Salesman Wise Billing’ option
- Press on Save
- Now, turn on ‘Agent Wise Billing’ in Purchase Setup and press Save.
