What is a control account in Sage X3?

In Sage X3, open Development → Data and parameters → Tables, and add the 3rd Analytical field to the Sales Invoice table if not already exposed.

Go to Development → Script dictionary → Windows, open the Sales Invoice left list window.

Add the field to the left list block, set it as visible, and adjust sequence/labels.

Validate, save, and refresh the screen (or clear cache) to see the field appear.

• Choose Delete Transactions
• You can select to delete entries for a single account or all accounts
• Choose the account
• Hit Delete
• Select confirm.

To Delete an adjustment entry in Sage, follow the steps given below:

• Open Sage X3

• Click on A/P Transactions
• Press on the Adjustment Entry
• Enter the batch number
• Choose the entry
• Hit Delete.
