• Create copies of all email templates and notifications (such as meetings' invites, updates, and reminders) in all the available languages. Aim to start from the same naming convention (for example, Meeting_Reminder_EN, Meeting_Reminder_ES, and so on).
• Tag users by language preference or tag teams by language preference - for example, maintaining a language code in their user profile or their calendar metadata.
• Use your CRM, workflow automation (zapier, make, or a custom script with rise's API, if available), or internal scheduling logic the messages can be routed according to locale.
• Centralize translation - keep all localised copies in one place / repository / spreadsheet, etc throughout the web app so updating (like a date format change or a mention of a new feature) can be easy to roll out across localisations.
• Test time zones and rendering of characters especially for right to left languages or languages with diacritics.
