Employees leaves are getting deducted due to attendance discrepancy in Keka, what does this mean?

This happens if, at the time of initial setup, you set the Effective From date from a previous date for which the attendance of the employees is not available on Keka. It is recommendable to set that to a date which is 10-15 days after the setup of Keka.
