Open the AWS Management Console and go to the IAM category https://console.aws.amazon.com/iam. In the Access Management sub-category, Choose Users. Find the required user and go to the Security Credentials tab to check if the key pair you specified earlier for MSP 360 (CloudBerry) backup is enabled.
