A:

To make a wave in Procreate:

  • Create a new canvas.
  • On the first layer make a division which would differentiate the sky and the sea.
  • Fill the lower lever with the deep sky blue and the sky with a lighter shade.
  • Choose the wanding tool to open the adjustment layer and apply Gaussian level blur up to 35%.
  • Repeat the same process with the deeper shades and every time you do this make a new layer.
  • Make a separate layer and from the brush library choose the type of water wave that catches your eye.
  • Deep in the shades at places that you want to get reflected and make sure that the clipping mask is on.
  • You can make a white circle, and blur it up to 70%. It would give you the sun’s reflection effect.

And there you go, WAVES.
