To improve the resolution of a photo in Photoshop these are some of the ways which you follow:
- By Resampling you could increase or decrease the images’ pixel count and therefore improving the picture quality.
- By using Interpolation techniques, you could guess the places that lack pixel count and thereby adding pixels over it explicitly. This method is a bit complex and time consuming.
- By using Super Resolution, it would increase the picture size without altering the image’s original canvas resolution.
- By explicitly decreasing the canvas' size so that pixel count remains constant. And at the same time, you get a high-resolution image as an output.
