To stop a restore from iCloud, follow the steps given below:
Go to Settings and click on your name.
Choose iCloud and then iCloud Banck Up.
Click ‘Stop Restore’ that would stop the restoring.
Now just press Stop, to confirm that yes you want to stop the process of restoration.
