How to turn a photo into an outline?

Open Your Photo.

Then, move to the Layers palette, right-click on the photo layer and choose ‘Duplicate Layer.’ This step makes sure that you have a copy of the original image.
With the duplicated layer selected, go to the menu bar and choose ‘Edit.’
From the dropdown menu, select ‘Tonal Correction’ and then ‘Desaturate.’
Again, under the ‘Edit’ menu, choose ‘Tonal Correction’ and then ‘Levels.’
In the Filter menu, find the ‘Outline’ filter.
Apply this filter to bring out the edges of the image.
Once satisfied with the outline, you can choose to merge the duplicated layer with the original photo or set the outline layer to overlay.
Then, save your project to preserve the outlined version of the photo.
