Is there any other download list for attachments only in MS Outlook?

Yes, Outlook has a built-in feature to store all the attachments. In order to access it, follow the steps given below:

Open the text that contains the attachments
Right click on the top tab and choose Save All attachments
Tap Ok and choose the Drop location
Click Save and extract the file.

I'm trying to create automated boms from my models. For sheet metal parts I want to put the extents of the flat pattern in the bom. Is there any way to get to those extents?

Yes, you can access the flat pattern extents using the Sheet Metal Component Definition. FlatPattern object and then calling the RangeBox property. This gives you the MinPoint and MaxPoint, from which you can calculate width and height.

No, ClientGraphics are not persistent-they are temporary and exist only in the memory of an active Inventor session.

Acording to the docs Sheet.Name is read only, Is there another way to do it w/ 5.3 SP2? or do i have to wait until 6?

You're right-Sheet.Name is read-only in Inventor 5.3 SP2, and there’s no supported workaround to rename a sheet directly through the API in that version. Renaming sheets via code only became possible in Inventor 6.0, where Autodesk introduced a Rename method on the Sheet object.
