To fix this issue, make sure that:
- The IP address is the same at both ends
- You are using the latest version of Chrome
- You configure the proxy setting, which can be found under the Proxy/Socks IDM dialog box.
When I use a proxy or VPN in my browser and try to download some file, IDM shows an error message that the connection is refused. How to fix this?
