“Promising but I’m still keeping my older app backup”

I am actively using HiAstro and liking it. However for big decisions I still cross-check with the older app and a traditional astrologer. If HiAstro improves its accuracy and stability I’ll fully switch.

Pros : HiAstro offers a compelling combination of chat, AI-assistant astrologers, free features and vernacular support.

Cons : Because it’s still developing (some bugs, mixed accuracy, network effect smaller) I didn’t yet feel comfortable fully abandoning my older app.

Reason to switch : I switched because I wanted an app with chat + AI + vernacular. HiAstro offered that combination. It’s still maturing, so I keep my older app as backup until I feel it’s robust enough.

“Community / social flavour is interesting, but network still small”

I like that I can talk to others, see some community posts, ask questions. But since many of my peer-group still use the older big-apps, the peer-sharing aspect is less rich.

Pros : HiAstro has features like chat, interaction, maybe communal/AI-chat aspects and free access which gives it a community feel.

Cons : Because it’s newer compared to big apps, many of my friends or family aren’t on it, so I can’t share or compare predictions with them easily.

Reason to switch : I switched because I wanted to try something new and partake in an evolving community; HiAstro felt like the up-and-coming platform.

“I value the hindi support, but still some translation misses”

As someone primarily comfortable in Hindi, I appreciated that HiAstro let me use the chat and ask questions in Hindi. That made me more comfortable. There were a couple of lines where the wording felt odd, but overall good.

Pros : For Hindi and regional language users, HiAstro supports vernacular languages and makes astrology accessible to non-English speakers.

Cons : A few times I found the translation of some technical astrological terms to Hindi could be clearer or felt a little rough.

Reason to switch : I switched because my previous app required me to navigate everything in English with HiAstro I can use Hindi and feel I understand the answers better.

“Solid for quick life-questions, but not for deep tracking”

When I had a question like “Will I get promoted in the next 6 months?” I used HiAstro and got a quick answer with some suggested remedies. Great for short-term clarity. But as I started wanting longer-term planning, I felt it lacked a module for months ahead with dashboards and tracking.

Pros : HiAstro lets me ask specific questions (career, health, relationships) and get instant chat responses.

Cons : I discovered that if I want to track transits, progressions or build a long-term plan, the tool doesn’t give as much depth as I need yet.

Switched from : Anka Jyotish

Reason to switch : I switched from my older general astrology app because it didn’t have chat based access; HiAstro offered the chat feature which gave me faster responses. Later I may supplement with a deeper tool.

“Great start to AI-astrology chats, but accuracy feels mixed”

I downloaded HiAstro because I wanted something beyond basic horoscope apps. I appreciate that I can ask a real astrologer and get a chat-based session. It feels more interactive. That said, I still check things with other sources because I’m not confident every insight is accurate.

Pros : HiAstro lets me chat with astrologers and AI-based predictions, offers free daily horoscopes and apparently supports marriage/compatibility predictions.

Cons : I found that some predictions felt generic or didn’t match what I expected.

Reason to switch : I switched from AstroSage because I wanted a chat-based, more conversational experience rather than just reading static predictions. HiAstro promised instant chat with astrologers and an AI-layer which appealed to me.

“Multi-language support is a plus, beginner-friendly”

I’m still new to astrology and found HiAstro’s simple chat format less intimidating than full desktop software. I could ask “what’s my career outlook?” and get a readable, conversational answer rather than sifting charts. The language support helped my mother use it too.

Pros : HiAstro supports vernacular languages and offers AI/chat-based interface, making it accessible for non-English speakers too.

Cons : Some of the specialist astrological topics (detailed Vedic doshas, advanced transit analysis) are less detailed than I would like as I learn more.

Reason to switch : I switched because the high-end app had more complex interface and was overwhelming; HiAstro felt simpler and more accessible for beginners like me.

“Convenient marriage/compatibility predictions – useful in my situation”

I was facing a lot of questions about when to marry and whether my partner is the right match. With HiAstro I could chat with an astrologer, get quick compatibility insights and some suggested remedies. It helped me plan things better. But I still feel like for major decisions I’ll consult someone offline.

Pros : HiAstro’s marriage/compatibility module lets you ask about timing, partner matching, doshas etc.

Cons : The depth of analysis seems less than a full traditional in-person consultation; some of the remedial advice felt generic.

Reason to switch : I switched because meeting an in-person astrologer required time and cost; HiAstro allowed me to get insights quickly from home, at any time of day. That convenience tipped it for me.

“Free tier works, but premium prompts needed for serious use”

I started with HiAstro’s free features to test it and liked it enough to consider upgrading. If you’re just curious, free works. But if you want heavy use, you’ll need to pay. That’s fine, I accept that just keep expectations right.

Pros : HiAstro offers a free tier with basic chat support and predictions.

Cons : Many of the more detailed predictions, deep reports or remedial advice require payment or subscription, so while free looks good, the serious stuff costs.

Switched from : Red Astro Premium 8.0

Reason to switch : I switched because I didn’t want to pay upfront for my previous app until I tested it; with HiAstro the free tier let me trial, then I moved into paid. That flexibility appealed.

“Good mobile-experience, some UI rough edges”

I used HiAstro while travelling and being able to just open the chat and ask a question was convenient. But I did hit one freeze and had to force-close. So it’s good but not flawless yet.

Pros : On mobile, the app is responsive, chat is intuitive, and I like the convenience of chatting with astrologers on the go.

Cons : The app is not starting only and the next page doesn’t come.

Switched from : Lal Kitab Vastu 3.5

Reason to switch : I switched because I wanted something mobile-first and travel-friendly; HiAstro delivered that better than my previous desktop-centric tool.

“Love the free chat option, though I hit app-bugs”

As someone on a budget, I liked that I could start using HiAstro without paying. The chat format is convenient when I’m commuting or away from my PC. However the app instability made me uneasy—once I had to uninstall and reinstall.

Pros : Completely free, fast replies, multiple astrologers.

Cons : I encountered an issue: the app opened but wouldn’t load past the next screen.

Switched from : Astro Health Scope

Reason to switch : I switched from a simple web-based horoscope site because I wanted better interactivity and mobile convenience. HiAstro offered that, though I wish the app were more stable.
