ExtremeWireless™ AP 305C Overview

What is ExtremeWireless™ AP 305C/CX? 

AP 305C/CX are APs (Access Points) meant for indoor enterprises. It is based on the latest SoC (system-on-a-chip) that is built with two integrated dual-band radios that ensure higher efficiency with Wi-Fi 6. You can choose the models with external antennas or integrated antennas.  

Additionally, it has an ultra-modern radio technology that helps transmit simultaneous 802.11ax 2x2:2 data speeds of up to 2.4Gbps on 5GHz & 2.4GHz radios. These 2x2:2 APs follow the model of SSR (software-selectable radios) which has dual 5 GHz networking capabilities for both indoor and industrial settings. This business-grade access point (AP) is perfect for companies on a tight budget who don't want to give up on high performance.  

Apart from that, AP 305C/CX has an appealing design and is small enough to fit in your palm. Both eco-friendly AP models are partially made of recycled components which are good for the environment also. To reduce power consumption, the device also has an inbuilt power meter and light sensor.  

Furthermore, it also comes with a ceiling mount that is easy to install and helps with quick installation and allows you to hide Ethernet cables for an appealing look. Despite the infrastructure being stressed by an exponential increase in users, IoT, BYOD devices, high-bandwidth apps, and security concerns, the AP 305C/CX includes ML/AI management features, security services, and high performance to deliver the best solution at an affordable price.
