“Reliable Device management”
Pros
Hexnode has all the features that we require. Excellent for using kiosk mode. A really good MDM solution for small to medium size enterprises die to ease of deployment and management.

As a small to medium business with a lean IT team, we needed a mobile device management solution that was simple to use yet capable enough to support a mix of Windows and macOS devices. Hexnode’s cross-platform capabilities allowed us to bring all our devices under a single platform.
Pros
Hexnode offers a very good documentation, which has been incredibly helpful for our team in resolving minor issues independently. Whenever we’ve needed additional help, their support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and prompt in resolving queries. The platform also provides a good range of features for app management, remote monitoring, and security which makes it well-suited for SMBs like us without heavy IT resources.
Cons
One limitation is the minimum device requirement to get started that is 15 devices, which might not be ideal for very small teams or startups. Additionally, while the user interface is functional, it feels outdated and could benefit from a more modern and user-friendly design. We've also occasionally noted minor delays in command execution to devices, which is not a constant issue, but can sometimes affect real-time responsiveness.
Reason to switch
It makes our day to day tasks a lot easier. We can push apps, set policies, and keep track of all our devices from one place. Saves us a lot of time, especially since we are managing both windows and mac devices. Remote support and fixes are simple, and we don’t have to jump between tools to get things done.
