“Helped us keep track of all delivery executives and safeguard our customer data from hackers”

We are a small courier and logistics company based in Delhi. We give tablets to our delivery executives which they take while delivering the parcels. These tablets give them details of the products and the addresses that they need to deliver to. We also store customer data including package details, to and from address, customer contact details, etc, on our server. Executives working in our headquarters have access to this data. We wanted a solution to track the delivery executives to make sure that all deliveries are happening on time and give updates to our customers. We also needed a solution to safeguard our executive laptops so that the information is not shared externally. We approached Invia with our requirements. After some discussion with our team, they suggested that we go ahead with SOTI MDM. As part of the UEM360 solution, they procured licenses and installed SOTI MDM in our tablets and laptops. They also gave training to our team on using the software. They are also providing ongoing service and maintenance for the software. Their services are excellent and the response time is very fast. The product works very well. The Invia team is on hand if there we have any issues. We are very happy with the UEM360 product and service.

Pros

Invia team provided us with a great MDM solution SOTI and gave us excellent service including timely installation of software, training on the use of software, on going services. As part of the UEM360 solution, they procured licenses and installed SOTI MDM on our tablets and laptops. They also gave training to our team on using the software. They are also providing ongoing service and maintenance for the software. Their services are excellent and the response time is very fast. The product works very well. The Invia team is on hand if there we have any issue. We are very happy with the UEM360 product and service.

Cons

As such we did not find anything negative about the product. The only minor downside is that the license cost for the SOTI license is a little on the higher side. We were initially skeptical about paying such high license fees. The Invia UEM360 team explained to us that even though the license cost is a bit high the product will meet our requirements. There were other cheaper MDMs available but their performance was not up to the mark. There was also some initial friction while using the product but it was resolved with the training provided to us by the Invia team.

Reason to switch

This product allows us to remotely manage all the tablets used by our delivery executives. We are able to track and monitor their performance. It also allows us to update our customers when their delivery is done. The MDM also helps us in safeguarding the data of customers in our office. No outside person is now able to access sensitive customer data. The training provided by Invia team is excellent. They are also giving timely service and all are tickets are resolved within 24 hours. We are very happy with the solution and our productivity is improving.
