Keka's GPS attendance system allows users to mark their attendance from any device, including the employees who work in the office or on-site or both. The system also has an inbuilt touch ID and passcode; that enables users for device authentication as well.

To download attendance in Keka software go to Time & Attendance. Under Time & Attendance find Leaves Reports. Lastly, download the data.

To insert data in Keka attendance system go to My Time. Then go to Attendance and view Work from Home option under Actions section. Lastly fill out the note and insert data.

To enable payroll for an employee in Keka go to Operations tab, then go to Payroll Status. In the Tax Regime & Financial Details section select Payroll Status. Select the relevant Pay Group if you have more than one pay group configured. Now choose the employees and select Enable payroll to make changes.

For this purpose, go to Taxes and Deductions section under Payroll. From the Income Tax tab click on the more options against IT Declaration Due Date. Click on Update Tax Regime. From there, enter the desired details and click on Save.

An employee can change in by going to the My Finances section, then My Pay, and select the Income Tax tab. Finally, select Click Here and change to desired regime in the new window.

An employee can view it with Form 26AS which gives all relevant information about tax amount deducted or collected.

For this, the admin should go on the previous employee’s profile on Keka and click the Actions button. A drop-down appears with Rejoin option, click on that. A rejoin page opens, after checking the details, click on Confirm in the top right.

Yes, it is possible to create weekly offs for different sets of employees in Keka. Organizations can establish various factors such as their location, job roles, and other demographic considerations.

To add new off in Keka, follow the steps given below:

• Navigate to settings
• Click on time & attendance
• Add New option is available under the weekly off’s tab
• Move to Create Weekly Off option for easy identification. Also, provide a name to weekly off like intern weekly off or office weekly off
