Add ReviewOverall, users appreciate Pando AI for its efficiency in streamlining operations, particularly in dispatch planning, tracking, and payment modules. Many find the platform intuitive and easy to adopt, with strong support during implementation. However, common complaints include sluggish performance with large datasets, limited reporting capabilities, and the need for external support to adjust user roles and permissions. While the platform delivers significant value, some features are still developing, leading to occasional frustrations among users.
Pros
"Pando gives a lot of functional modules (routing, tracking, payments, integrations) in one suite."
"It handles day-to-day operations comfortably, supports dispatch planning, order execution, etc."
"From implementation, through deployment, and all the way to adoption, Pando is a great platform."
Cons
"Some admin reporting features or advanced customization are still under development."
"When the dataset is large (tens of thousands of items), the UI sluggishness shows, operations slow down. "
"Adjusting user roles/privileges sometimes requires Pando tech team intervention. "

“Good Value for the Capability, Though Some Feature Gaps Exist”
: I migrated many manual processes (dispatch planning, tracking, reconciliation) into Pando. The efficiency gains and reduction of manual errors justify the investment, though I sometimes push Pando for better admin controls or reporting.
Pros
Pando gives a lot of functional modules (routing, tracking, payments, integrations) in one suite.
Cons
Some admin reporting features or advanced customization are still under development.
Reason to switch
I switched from a mix of manual + niche tools because I wanted one integrated system that could automate logistics decisioning; Pando delivered much of that, with some gaps we accept now and hope will fill in.

“Strong Execution, But Scaling Big Data Can Slow UI”
For standard volumes, Pando is fast and responsive. But when pushing large datasets (e.g. full logistics cycles across multiple warehouses), the interface sometimes lags or stalls.
Pros
It handles day-to-day operations comfortably, supports dispatch planning, order execution, etc.
Cons
When the dataset is large (tens of thousands of items), the UI sluggishness shows, operations slow down.
Reason to switch
I switched because legacy systems couldn’t handle complexity; Pando gave me more features and decent performance, though at very high scale a premium TMS might still outperform.

“Efficient Implementation but Need for Role Privilege Flexibility”
When rolling out Pando, we defined user roles early. But later, when we needed tweaks (e.g. some users need extra permissions), we couldn’t do it ourselves; we had to request Pando’s support.
Pros
From implementation, through deployment, and all the way to adoption, Pando is a great platform.
Cons
Adjusting user roles/privileges sometimes requires Pando tech team intervention.
Reason to switch
I switched from a TMS where everything was locked in vendor hands. With Pando I get more capabilities, though I wish role flexibility was easier without intervention.
