“Great for Load Management & Shipment Routing”

When our shipment volumes spiked, Pando still produced route plans reliably. But during heavy peaks, I sometimes see stalls in the interface when grouping many orders.

Pros : Pando handles routing and planning effectively, even with large volumes of shipments. No matter the number of shipments, Pando can quickly prepare daily dispatch plans.

Cons : At times, when consolidating many orders, the performance lags or “slowness” creeps in.

Reason to switch : We used to assign routes manually or via basic tools — as volumes grew, errors and inefficiencies grew. Pando gave us automated routing and scaling, even with occasional slowdowns.

“Intuitive but Reporting is Underdeveloped”

I found Pando intuitive out of the box — dispatchers and operations users adopted quickly. But when I try to build custom KPIs or cross-module analytics, I sometimes hit walls.

Pros : Very intuitive, easy to navigate. Many reviewers say minimal training is needed.

Cons : Reporting capabilities are somewhat limited. Some users have called for more customizable reports. Example: “scope of reporting … expand … more customized reports.”

“Efficient Implementation but Need for Role Privilege Flexibility”

When rolling out Pando, we defined user roles early. But later, when we needed tweaks (e.g. some users need extra permissions), we couldn’t do it ourselves; we had to request Pando’s support.

Pros : From implementation, through deployment, and all the way to adoption, Pando is a great platform.

Cons : Adjusting user roles/privileges sometimes requires Pando tech team intervention.

Reason to switch : I switched from a TMS where everything was locked in vendor hands. With Pando I get more capabilities, though I wish role flexibility was easier without intervention.

As operations lead at a mid-sized logistics firm, Pando let me roll out dispatch, tracking, and shipment routing workflows rapidly. My dispatchers liked it from day one. The caveat is: you have to maintain clean input data, or plans degrade.
