Users who have registered businesses can buy products from merchants on the platform that meet their needs. However, all purchases made on the Platform must be for personal use. Users are forbidden from using any of the products they buy through the Platform for business, advertising, resale, or further distribution.
- The user will be sent a Tax Invoice ("GST invoice") for the purchase of all such products, which will, among other things, have the following information printed on it:
  
  - The GSTIN submitted by the User in connection with the registered business of the User.
  - The User's specified Entity Name for the User's Registered Business
- Please be aware that not every product qualifies for a GST Invoice. Only specific items sold by participating sellers and bearing the callout "GST Invoice Available" on the Platform's product detail page will be qualified for GST Invoice.
  The following goods and services will not be eligible for GST Invoice:
  
  - if the items come with Value Added Services such as Complete Mobile Protection or Assured Buyback.
  - if an exchange offer is made concurrently with the purchase of the goods
Please be aware that the GST invoice must include the user's GSTIN and the name of the business entity that the user has specified. Users should make sure the information they enter is accurate.

“Easy Cloud Based Installation”

Pros : This cloud-based software supports me with the ease of working as I don’t have to be present right next to my computer screen. Now, I can work from anywhere without having to worry about carrying pen drives and hard disk drives all the time.

Cons : The cloud based installation feature is largely based on the network connection dependency. The performance of my entire work environment depends on a good internet connection.

“Compliant GST Returns ”

Pros : Being an accountant, I need a software that would help me file GST Returns on-the-go. In this software, I found it quite easy to file various forms under one single roof. The application provides me with all the necessary forms (Form 1, 1A, 3, etc.), saving my time from switching between different platforms to file returns.

Cons : Sahi GST lacks the two most necessary forms, GSTR - 7 & GSTR - 8. Both forms are vital for the proper functioning of any auditing firm and are needed on a daily basis.

Q. What is minimum internet speed required to run the software?

A. We recommend having an Internet connection of at least 1 MBPS for smooth processing. However, more than speed, the stability of internet connection is more important.

Q. How would our data get into SahiGST system from Tally?

A. SahiGST allows input in XLS format which can be easily exported from any accounting software or ERP. They publish their own templates in which the data has to be imported

Q. Any Built-in analytics? Reports?

A. SahiGST don't store client data beyond filing needs, so we would provide reports on whatever is possible with GSTN APIs.

Q. Is their is option to download data in Excel?

A. Audit Trail, ITC Set-off would be available as download in excel format. They offer download of data in excel format for such cases within the software.

Q. Can GST Compliance rating of vendor be seen in SahiGST?

A. Current GSTN APIs do not give the rating of vendor. This may come in future from GSTN as a feature and we will incorporate it too.

Q. What returns can I file?

A. You can file all GST returns except GSTR-8 which is used by e-commerce companies.

Q. Can I file returns for multiple businesses with one SahiGST account??

A. Yes, you can file returns for multiple businesses/GSTIN with one account. Hence, SahiGST is preferred by a lot of freelance tax professionals.

Q. What is the validity of SahiGST??

A. SahiGST license is valid for one financial year.

Q. How many users accounts can be generated with a single license of SahiGST??

A. You can generate unlimited user accounts for your company with a single license of SahiGST.
