Users with registered businesses can purchase goods from merchants on the platform to satisfy their business needs. Users are not permitted to utilize any products acquired through the platform for resale, advertising, business, or further distribution.

“Solid Choice for Trucking Workflow, But Verify Broker & Payment Terms”

I am cautious but impressed. TruckBook has helped me find better loads and streamline operations. I still verify broker payment terms and load details because as with any platform, the job quality can vary.

Cons : However, some user pinch-points: in the reviews there are complaints about payment delays or job management issues.

Switched from : iM3 SCM Suite

Reason to switch : I switched because I felt stuck in old broker networks with high fees and slow payouts. TruckBook’s instantaneous payment promise motivated me to move—but I maintain due diligence.

“Good for Drivers and Owners, But Corporate Fleets Might Hit Limits”

I wear both hats—owner-operator and dispatch. TruckBook bridges both roles: I drive sometimes, and manage loads other times. It works well for my model. For large corporate fleets though I’d check if it covers all enterprise requirements.

Pros : The app supports both drivers (job finding, navigation) and fleet owners (tracking, load-assignment) which makes it versatile.

Cons : Some larger corporate fleets might need deeper integrations (ELD hardware, full TMS links) which are still evolving in TruckBook.

Switched from : Unleashed

Reason to switch : I switched from separate driver apps + fleet tool because having separate systems created friction; TruckBook unified those roles for us.
