A:

To create a new campaign in Deskera CRM, follow the steps given below:

  • Open Deskera CRM and then login using your credentials
  • Tap the ‘+ Campaign’ from the top right corner
  • Fill the required details on Add Campaign page like Campaign Name, Subject and Category type
  • Move forward with the Recipient Section and fill the required sections
  • Once you are done filling the required sections move to the next page, i.e., Select Template
  • Filter out the required template and choose the one that catches your eye
  • Now go to the Publish Details section and enter the recipient details
  • Tap on Send Test Email and cross-check the email details. Cross-check the layout as well
  • Tap the Schedule button and launch the campaign
  • Go the final stage, i.e., Finish tab, verify the entered data and tap ‘Go to Campaign’ button
  • You'll be able to view the list of campaigns that you have created.
