How can a user benefit from Form Integration in Customer.io?

A conversion is recorded and attributed to a user's campaign when a person completes the conversion criteria within the given time, this way the user can track conversions using Customer.io.

If the person doesn't complete the conversion criteria or performs it outside the time frame that is set, then it is not recorded.

Customer.io helps in email marketing using features like drag and drop functionality and template creation with ease.

It is a centralized area where all the campaigns can be seen and configured by anyone on the team and automation tools that make the process simple and efficient.

Custom layouts can be built in different ways in Customer.io, they are as follows:

Email layouts

• Create a new layout
• Copy the code of an email template that is inclined
• modify the content with Customer.io tags
• Now, you can remove the preheader text if needed
• Save the layout

In-app messages

• Create a blank template and name it
• Click on create message
• Select Code View
• Now, Copy and paste the desired code from the template into a new message
• Now, customization of the template can be done from there.

Starter layouts

• Navigate to the content section
• Click on the layout option to see the starter layouts
• Select a layout and name it
• Customize the CSS and HTML as per your need.

To archive or unarchive a segment in Customer.io, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Customer.io account
• Navigate to the Segments page
• Select the segment that you wish to archive or unarchive
• Now, click on the ‘Options’ button and choose the option to archive or unarchive the segment
• Multiple unused segments can be archived or unarchived in the segments page by checking the box next to them selecting the archive or unarchive option

Note: A segment that is currently in use cannot be archived, you can see if a segment is in use in your workspace by checking the usage tab.

To export a segment in Customer.io follow the steps given below:

• Open your Customer.io account
• Navigate to the Segments page
• Select the segment that you wish to export a list from
• Click on Export and download the CSV file on the Exports page.
