To Create and Apply UOC in HostBooks, follow the steps given below;

  • Open your HostBooks account
  • Navigate to ‘Inventory’ from the sidebar
  • Click on the ‘Settings’ icon on the top right corner of the page
  • Click on ‘More Settings’
  • Select ‘Levels’ and enable the toggle next to the ‘Alternate UOM’ option
  • Navigate back to Inventory > Units > +UOC
  • Input the required details
  • Click on Save
  • Add the new product to apply UOC to by navigating to Inventory and clicking +Product and adding the required details.
  • If the product has already been added, click on the icon next to the actions tab of the product and click on edit

  • Open Your HostBooks account
  • Click on the ‘Add Entity’ option
  • Input the required details
  • Choose a specific module or select the ‘All in one’ option to enable all modules
  • Select the financial year and click on the save button
  • Press on the ‘Go to dashboard’ option
  • If you wish to add more entities, Click on the ‘+’ icon on the top right corner of the page
  • You can also click on the ‘import’ button on the upper right part of the page to add businesses in bulk by downloading the template and adding all the required details, then importing it to the platform.
  • You can edit, deactivate or delete your entity by pressing the ‘eye’ icon next to the entity name.
