To Create and Manage Your Contacts with HostBooks Accounting Software, follow the steps given below:

• Open your HostBooks account
• Navigate to the ‘Contacts’ module’
• Click on the ‘+Contact’ icon
• Select the contact type and Input the required details
• And click on ‘Verify’
• Click on ‘Accept’
• Click on Save
• To edit a specific contact, go to the contact and click on the ‘EDIT CONTACT’ option

• Open Your HostBooks account
• Click on the ‘Add Entity’ option
• Input the required details
• Choose a specific module or select the ‘All in one’ option to enable all modules
• Select the financial year and click on the save button
• Press on the ‘Go to dashboard’ option
• If you wish to add more entities, Click on the ‘+’ icon on the top right corner of the page
• You can also click on the ‘import’ button on the upper right part of the page to add businesses in bulk by downloading the template and adding all the required details, then importing it to the platform.
• You can edit, deactivate or delete your entity by pressing the ‘eye’ icon next to the entity name.
