Some of the ways to access Zoho billing, are as follows:
- View billing history
- Open your Zoho billing account
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on Manage Subscription
- Press ‘Your Store Details’
- Hit ‘Transaction History’
- The transactions can be filtered by upgrades, purchases, downgrades, renewals, product, period and transaction ID.
- The PDF of the transaction can also be downloaded
- View subscription details
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on Manage Subscription
- Now you can review your plan or change to a different one
- Pause subscriptions
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on Subscriptions
- Hit General
- Enable the Pause and Resume option
- Hit Save.
