To add a digital signature to an invoice in Invoice Ninja, follow the steps given below:

  • Log in to your Invoice Ninja account
  • create a new invoice
  • Input the required details
  • Press on the ‘Authorizations’ tab
  • Hit ‘Advanced Settings’
  • Select Require client to provide their signature
  • Send the invoice to the customer.
  • A link to the invoice will be sent to the client who will sign it.
  • The invoice that has been signed will be kept in the Invoice Ninja database.
  • A copy of the signed invoice is available for download or printing.
