To add a digital signature to an invoice in Invoice Ninja, follow the steps given below:
- Log in to your Invoice Ninja account
- create a new invoice
- Input the required details
- Press on the ‘Authorizations’ tab
- Hit ‘Advanced Settings’
- Select Require client to provide their signature
- Send the invoice to the customer.
- A link to the invoice will be sent to the client who will sign it.
- The invoice that has been signed will be kept in the Invoice Ninja database.
- A copy of the signed invoice is available for download or printing.
